Who is responsible

Cookies and local storage
The application does not set advertising, analytics, social-media or profiling cookies. The English planner keeps answers only in the current page memory; it does not write cookies or local storage. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie during a protection challenge. No cookie-consent banner is needed while the site remains in this configuration.
If a future feature adds a non-essential cookie or similar device, it must be blocked until you give a separate, informed choice. You can always use the core site without accepting optional tracking.
Maps and server logs
Route maps request tiles from OpenStreetMap’s tile service. Your browser necessarily sends the network information needed to deliver those tiles to that service. The site itself does not build a profile from map use. The website is currently delivered through Cloudflare and Netlify. Both providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure your requests; see the Cloudflare privacy policy and Netlify privacy statement.
Optional AI plan
The Romanian AI planner is optional. Before it starts, you must agree that your answers and any free-text refinement are sent through this site’s server to Google Gemini to produce a plan. Do not enter names, contact details, health information or other sensitive data. The site does not ask for an account and does not intentionally store the answers after the request.
Google retains Gemini API prompts, context and responses for 55 days for abuse monitoring under its API policies. Processing is also governed by Google’s API terms.
The local plan builder works without this transfer. You can uncheck the agreement to close the AI planner and stop further requests. This cannot undo data already sent to Google. Contact us using the details above about an earlier request.

Where personal data is processed, EU data-protection law may give you rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to the Romanian data-protection authority (ANSPDCP). Send a request using the contact above; include only the information needed to identify the request.
